Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Duduz platform, including our mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account, you enter into a legally binding contract with Duduz and agree to abide by these provisions in their entirety.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Duduz, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions.
Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Profiles

Duduz reserves the right to review profile content. Profiles containing explicit imagery, false identities, or misleading information about age or location are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal.
Users agree to engage with others respectfully. Prohibition includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, bullying, spamming, commercial solicitation without consent, and any form of data scraping or automated access.
Your safety is our priority. While we implement moderation, you should always exercise caution when interacting with new people.

Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You own your content, but grant us a license to host and display it. Duduz owns its logos and software.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, Duduz’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or app notice.
