Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation
Duduz is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. This document outlines our policies, prevention measures, detection systems, and reporting procedures.
Last updated — April 2026
Our Core Commitments
Zero Tolerance
Duduz maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content, activity, or behaviour on our platform.
Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable local and international laws on child protection, including reporting obligations to law enforcement and NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
Age Enforcement
Duduz is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We employ age verification measures during registration to prevent minors from accessing the platform.
Proactive Detection
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect, remove, and report CSAE material and related behaviour.
Prevention & Detection Measures
We employ multiple layers of protection to prevent CSAE on our platform. These measures operate continuously and are regularly reviewed and updated.
Age Verification at Registration
All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during account creation. We employ date-of-birth validation and may request additional verification when suspicious activity is detected.
Content Moderation
We use automated scanning tools, including PhotoDNA and similar hash-matching technologies, to detect known CSAE imagery. All flagged content is immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Human Review Team
Our trained Trust & Safety team reviews flagged content and accounts. Team members receive specialised training on identifying and responding to CSAE material and grooming behaviour.
Behavioural Detection
We monitor for patterns of behaviour associated with grooming, including inappropriate age-gap communication patterns, solicitation of personal information from younger-appearing users, and attempts to move conversations off-platform.
User Reporting Tools
Every user has access to in-app reporting tools that allow immediate flagging of suspicious behaviour, inappropriate content, or any interaction that may involve the exploitation of minors. All reports are treated as high priority.
Account Termination
Any account found to be involved in or promoting CSAE is permanently banned without warning. We preserve relevant evidence for law enforcement and cooperate fully with investigations.
Prohibited Content & Behaviour
The following is strictly prohibited on Duduz and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:
- blockSharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, illustrations, or text-based content.
- blockGrooming behaviour — building trust with a minor or someone believed to be a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
- blockSoliciting sexual images or sexual interaction from or with a minor.
- blockSharing sexual or explicit content involving minors, including AI-generated or fictional depictions.
- blockAttempting to arrange an in-person meeting with a minor for sexual purposes.
- blockSextortion — using intimate images or information to coerce or blackmail, particularly when involving minors.
- blockAny attempt to circumvent age restrictions or facilitate a minor's access to the platform.
- blockUsing the platform to traffic, recruit, or exploit minors in any way.
